Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.439: Police Chief Cel Rivera Memorial Highway.

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion of state route number fifty-seven, running in a northerly and southerly direction between the intersection of that route and east thirty-first street and that route and east thirty-sixth street, in the municipal corporation of Lorain, shall be known as the "Police Chief Cel Rivera Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
