In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, state route number one hundred seventy, running in a northwesterly and southeasterly direction within the municipal corporation of New Middletown, in Mahoning county, shall be known as the "Police Chief Ronnie Ricketts, Sr. Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
