Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.452: Sheriff Dale R. Williams Memorial Highway.

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the road known as state route number thirty-nine, running in a westerly and easterly direction between the municipal corporations of Dellroy and Carrollton, in Carroll county, shall be known as the "Sheriff Dale R. Williams Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
