Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.481: Patrolman Dane L. Rowe Memorial Highway.

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion of the road known as state route number three hundred seventeen, running in a northerly and southerly direction, between the intersection of that route and Gerling boulevard and the intersection of that route and Wingate road, in Madison township in Franklin county only, shall be known as the "Patrolman Dane L. Rowe Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
