Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.483: Deputy Sheriff Matthew Yates Memorial Highway.

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the eastbound and westbound lanes of United States route number forty between Tuttle road and state route number fifty-four, in Clark county, shall be known as the "Deputy Sheriff Matthew Yates Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
