Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.494: Patrolman Jason Gresko Memorial Highway.

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of state route number ninety-one within the municipal corporation of Willoughby only, in Lake county, shall be known as the "Patrolman Jason Gresko Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
