The bridge spanning state route number eleven, located in Fairfield township in Columbiana county and being a part of the highway known as state route one hundred sixty-four, shall be known as "Captain Charles R. Miner Memorial Bridge."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers upon the bridge or its approaches indicating its name.
