In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the westbound and eastbound lanes of state route number five hundred sixty-two between interstate route number seventy-five and interstate route number seventy-one, in Hamilton county, shall be known as the "Brigid Kelly Norwood Lateral."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
