Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.53: Governor Richard F. Celeste.

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the eastbound and westbound lanes of interstate route number ninety between mile marker number one hundred sixty-seven and one hundred seventy shall be known as the "Governor Richard F. Celeste Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
