Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.601: RDML Alene Duerk Memorial Highway.

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of state route number one hundred eight between the southern border of Henry county and the northern border of Henry county shall be known as the "RDML Alene Duerk Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
