Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.621: U.S. Marine Staff Sergeant Thomas Evan Douglas Memorial Overpass.

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the overpass spanning state route number eleven that is part of the highway known as state route number three hundred five and that is located in Trumbull county shall be known as the "U.S. Marine Staff Sergeant Thomas Evan Douglas Memorial Overpass."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers upon the overpass or its approaches indicating its name.
