Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.703: Pharmacist's Mate Third Class Willard L. Shupe Memorial Highway.

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the eastbound and westbound lanes of state route number five hundred fifty-four, between state route number one hundred sixty and Roush Hollow road, in Gallia county, shall be known as the "Pharmacist's Mate Third Class Willard L. Shupe Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
