Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.761: Cpl. David A. Johnston Memorial Highway.

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion of the road known as Refugee road running in an easterly and westerly direction between state route number two hundred fifty-six and Pickerington road northwest, in Fairfield county, shall be known as the "Cpl. David A. Johnston Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
