Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.79: Justice Robert Duncan Memorial Highway.

The eastbound lanes of interstate route number seventy between the intersection of that route and interstate route number seventy-one and the intersection of interstate route number seventy and the James road exit, in Franklin county, shall be known as the "Justice Robert Duncan Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
