Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.816: Air Force 2nd Lt. William Vaughan Memorial Bridge.

The bridge spanning interstate route number eighty, located in Mahoning county and being a part of the highway known as state route number forty-six, shall be known as the "Air Force 2nd Lt. William Vaughan Memorial Bridge."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers upon the bridge or its approaches indicating its name.
