Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.825: SGT Arthur A. Mora, Jr. Memorial Highway.

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of state route number twenty-five between the intersection of that route and United States route number twenty and the intersection of that route and United States route number twenty-three, in Wood county only, shall be known as the "SGT Arthur A. Mora, Jr. Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
