Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.83: Army PFC Walter Earl Duncan, Jr. Memorial Highway.

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion of the road known as state route number thirty-two, running in an easterly and westerly direction, in Pike county only, shall be known as the "Army PFC Walter Earl Duncan, Jr. Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
