Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.835: TSgt. Grover Lee Swearingen Memorial Highway.

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of state route number forty-one between the municipal corporations of Peebles and West Union, in Adams county, shall be known as the "TSgt. Grover Lee Swearingen Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
