Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.846: Byers Brothers Memorial Highway.

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion of the road known as state route number eight hundred, running in a northerly and southerly direction, between the intersection of that route and state route number one hundred forty-eight and the intersection of that route and mann ridge road, in Belmont county only, shall be known as the "Byers Brothers Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
