Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.874: Army SSgt. Charles V. Kettler Memorial Highway.

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of United States route number thirty-three commencing at mile marker twenty-four and proceeding in an easterly direction to mile marker twenty-nine, in Auglaize county, shall be known as the "Army SSgt. Charles V. Kettler Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
