Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.877: Sgt. Anthony Kress Vinnedge Memorial Highway.

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the eastbound and westbound lanes of state route number one hundred twenty-nine between chapel road and the border of Indiana, in Butler county, shall be known as the "Sgt. Anthony Kress Vinnedge Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
