Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.894: Army National Guard Sgt. Jeremy M. Hodge Memorial Highway.

In addition to any other name in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of United States route number sixty-eight between township road number thirty-seven and township road number one hundred three, in Logan county only, shall be known as the "Army National Guard Sgt. Jeremy M. Hodge Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
