Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.899: PFC Steven D. Smith Memorial Highway.

In addition to any other name prescribed by the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of state route number thirteen between the northern border of the municipal corporation of Bellville to the southern border of the municipal corporation of Mansfield, in Richland county only, shall be known as the "PFC Steven D. Smith Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
