Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.922: John E. Gallagher Way.

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northeastbound and southwestbound lanes of state route number ten between west forty-seventh street and west fiftieth street, in the municipal corporation of Cleveland in Cuyahoga county, shall be known as the "John E. Gallagher Way."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
