Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.927: MSGT Norman Michael Kilbarger Memorial Highway.

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northeastbound and southwestbound lanes of Chillicothe Lancaster road between Amanda Clearport road southwest and United States route number twenty-two, in Fairfield county, shall be known as the "MSGT Norman Michael Kilbarger Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
