Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.931: CPL Lindsey William Mitchell Memorial Highway.

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the eastbound lanes of interstate route number seventy between Brice road and state route two hundred fifty-six in Franklin and Fairfield counties shall be known as the "CPL Lindsey William Mitchell Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
