Ohio Rev. Code § 5534.962: Jesse Owens Memorial Highway.

In addition to any other name prescribed by the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of state route number three hundred fifteen, between the Broad street exit and the King avenue exit, in Franklin county, shall be known as the "Jesse Owens Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
