After the resolution provided for by section 5591.09 of the Revised Code has gone into effect and the county and railroad or union depot company have executed the contract approved by the resolution providing for construction, use, and maintenance of a joint bridge, the company shall dedicated for public use a highway of such width and at such elevation as is fixed and determined in the contract. Dedication shall be by plat prepared, signed, acknowledged, and recorded in the same manner and form as that prescribed for the dedication of other public highways, and the board of county commissioners of any county may accept such dedication.
