Ohio Rev. Code § 5911.05: Appropriation of property.

The adjutant general has the same power as the director of administrative services to condemn and appropriate land and such land is hereby declared to be a public necessity. Such power shall be exercised in accordance with sections 163.01 to 163.22 of the Revised Code.
