Ohio Rev. Code § 715.51: Billiards, pool, and gambling.

Any municipal corporation may:

(A) Regulate billiard and pool tables, nine or ten pin alleys or tables, and shooting and ball alleys;

(B) Authorize the destruction of instruments or devices used for the purpose of gambling.
