Okla. Stat. tit. 10, § 10-1430.23: Protection of resident's funds

To protect the funds of a resident of a facility subject to the

provisions of the Group Homes for Persons with Developmental or

Physical Disabilities Act, the group home must comply with rules

promulgated by the Department of Human Services regarding protection

of the personal funds of the resident.
