Okla. Stat. tit. 10, § 10-1501: Various references deemed to be references to District

Court or judge thereof.

Wherever reference is made to the county court, Children's Court

and Juvenile Court, or to a judge thereof in the statutes relating

to juveniles, domestic relations or the status of persons, the

reference shall be deemed to be to the District Court or a judge

thereof.
