Okla. Stat. tit. 10, § 10-7510-1.6: Denial of assistance - Hearing

An adoptive parent or parents whose application for adoption

assistance on behalf of a child has been denied by the Department of

Human Services may request an administrative hearing within thirty

(30) days of the date of the denial.
