Okla. Stat. tit. 10A, § 10A-1-6-106: Filing of social records with the court

Social records as defined by the Oklahoma Children’s Code shall

not be filed in the court record unless so ordered by the court. If

filed in the court record, the social records shall be placed in

confidential envelopes in the court file and may only be accessed by

the person who is the subject of the records, or attorney for such

person, except as provided by Section 1-6-103 of this title.
