Okla. Stat. tit. 10A, § 10A-1-8-109: Development of agency-wide process for background

checks - Individual limits to number of children.

A. Unless prohibited by state or federal law, the Department

shall develop, where feasible, an agency-wide process for conducting

background checks, fingerprinting, and personal care applications.

B. The Department shall maintain limits on the number of

children a person is authorized to care for; however, a person shall

be permitted to provide multiple services where authorized.
