Okla. Stat. tit. 11, § 11-15-110: Conflicting measures proposed by governing body

Along with each initiative measure the municipal governing body

may submit a competing bill or resolution. If conflicting

ordinances or charter amendments are submitted to the registered

voters, and two or more of such conflicting measures are approved by

the registered voters, then the measure which receives the greatest

number of affirmative votes shall be paramount in all particulars as

to which there is a conflict, even though such measure may not have

received the greatest majority.
