Okla. Stat. tit. 11, § 11-27-108: Municipal attorney as prosecutor

The municipal attorney of each municipality where a municipal

court is established may be the prosecutor of the municipal court.

The prosecutor shall have full power to prosecute for the violations

of any ordinance of the municipality in the municipal court and

shall have the power to prosecute and resist appeals and proceedings

in error and review from the municipal court.
