Okla. Stat. tit. 11, § 11-27-132: Appeal to Court of Criminal Appeals

An appeal may be taken to the Court of Criminal Appeals from the

final judgment or order of a district court in an appeal from a

final judgment of a municipal court in the same manner and to the

same extent that appeals are taken from a district court to the

Court of Criminal Appeals.
