Okla. Stat. tit. 11, § 11-28-105: Disqualification, disability or absence of judge

In the event of the disqualification, disability or absence of a

regular judge of the municipal criminal court of record, the city

governing body shall have power to appoint a special judge to sit

for the duration of such disqualification, disability or absence.
