Okla. Stat. tit. 11, § 11-33-113: Buildings - Tax levy

The governing body of a governmental unit may provide for the

erection of buildings for any such recreational purposes or

functions by providing for a tax levy therefor under the provisions

of Section 10, Article X of the Oklahoma Constitution.
