Okla. Stat. tit. 11, § 11-34-108: Impaired driver arrest report

In any case in which a person is arrested for driving under the

influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substance, an impaired

driver arrest report shall be completed by the municipal law

enforcement officer who made the arrest and shall be entered into

the impaired driver database created pursuant to Section 8 of this

act.
