Okla. Stat. tit. 11, § 11-37-126: Joint construction deemed supplemental

The provisions of Sections 37-124 and 37-125 of this title,

authorizing the joint construction and financing of waterworks and

water supplies, shall be deemed to provide an additional and

alternative method for doing the things authorized thereby, and

shall be construed as supplemental and additional to all other

powers granted by law.
