Okla. Stat. tit. 12, § 12-1147.6: Fees and costs

The court shall fix all fees and costs including reasonable

compensation for the guardian or guardians ad litem and trustee and

assess the same against the trust assets or, in the event the sale

is not made, against the parties to the proceedings who are sui

juris as equity may require.
