Okla. Stat. tit. 12, § 12-1809.1: Dispute Resolution System Revolving Fund

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund

for the Supreme Court to be designated the "Dispute Resolution

System Revolving Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not

subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies

collected pursuant to Section 1809 of Title 12 of the Oklahoma

Statutes. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby

appropriated and shall be budgeted and expended by the Supreme Court

as necessary to perform the duties imposed upon the Supreme Court to

administer the Dispute Resolution Act by law.
