Okla. Stat. tit. 12, § 12-1812: Director - Powers and duties

A. The Director shall have such power as is necessary to

implement the provisions of this act.

B. The Director shall promulgate rules and regulations to

effectuate the purposes of this act, which shall include provisions

for periodic monitoring and evaluation of center programs.

C. The Director may have such additional personnel as is

necessary to implement the provisions of this act.
