Okla. Stat. tit. 12, § 12-1834: Compensation to mediators

Where this section sits in the code

Except in those instances in which a specific statute or rule

prohibits compensation of mediators, the program authorized by

Section 12 of this act may provide for appropriate compensation of

the mediator.
