Okla. Stat. tit. 12, § 12-2507: Political vote

A. Every person has a privilege to refuse to disclose the tenor

of the person’s vote at a political election conducted by secret

ballot.

B. This privilege does not apply if the court finds that the

vote was cast illegally.
