Okla. Stat. tit. 12, § 12-849: Examination under oath - Answer by corporation

The party or witness may be required to attend before the judge,

or before a referee appointed by the judge. When a corporation is

required to attend, the answers on its behalf shall be made by an

officer thereof. All examinations and answers before a judge or a

referee must be on oath.
