Okla. Stat. tit. 12A, § 12A-1-9-809: Priority

Where this section sits in the code

PRIORITY

This act determines the priority of conflicting claims to

collateral. However, if the relative priorities of the claims were

established before this act takes effect, Article 9 of the Uniform

Commercial Code as it existed before amendment by this act

determines priority.
