Okla. Stat. tit. 13, § 13-12: Overcharges - Penalty

Any person who shall violate the provisions of Sections 792 and

793 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction

thereof shall be fined in any sum not less than Twenty-five Dollars

($25.00) nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00).
